现象
所有数据无法写入, 写入被锁定, 报错"LOCK_WRITE_GROWTH "

原因
1、阿里云的一个保护策略，空间剩余不足时，禁止数据写入，保障可读状态。

2、阿里云数据库未续费
查数据，删表没问题，更新和插入不行。

解决方案

1、
升级数据库空间.
删除一些没有用的数据.
用 flush privileges.
