  1. 确定自己想要装tensorflow的虚拟环境的绝对路径

    如上，绝对路径在D盘。
  2. 打开cmd，cd到对应路径下
d:

D:\JetBrains\PycharmProjects\cnn\venv\Scripts>pip uninstall tensorflow

3. 安装tensorflow

pip install tensorflow==1.4.0

4. 测试是否安装成功–用tensorflow打印“hello world”

import tensorflow as tf

s = tf.constant("hello world")

with tf.Session() as sess:
	sess.run(s)

成功打印出来了，所以tensorflow装成功了。
注意：.Session()仅适用于tensorflow1，不适用于tensorflow2，如果安装的是后者，换个打印函数即可。
