python版本问题导致的
如果电脑上有python2.x只需要执行以下命令
npm install node-sass--python=python2.7
或者 npm install node-sass --python=python 即可
如果没有python2.x可以去下载安装包安装，然后执行以上其中一条指令
也可以用管理员身份执行以下指令
npm install --global --production windows-build-tools
完成后再指定python安装node-sass
