1、在mysql 数据库新建视图的时候，提示

The user specified as a definer ('root'@'%') does not exist。

2、原因：

由于root用户对全局host无访问权限。因此只要给root用户添加一个访问权限即可。

执行命令：

grant all privileges on *.* to root@"%" identified by "pwd"
